When you describe an image file with alttext, exif pip package can edit it into the file.
when you rerun distribusi on the files it adds the exif data to the alttext.

a lot of the files in the archive are not able to have exif information, two pip packages so far were unable to add exif information, I don't think its a good idea to have this software rely on an external program written in perl.
the solution is now a _caption.txt file that distribusi sees and adds as alttext.
a similar thing can than be built for descriptions.
