to keep a distribusi archive transportable to another system. Descriptions of files should just be plaintext .txt files.
filename could be something as desc-{orginalfilename}.txt
distribusi should add combinations of media and text, into a div.
files are named
{filename}_dv_description.txt.these are skipped by the file crawler, the describer and distribusi.
