For the past couple of years, I've been working as a Copywriter, Social Media Manager and Online Campaign Analyst, in Cluj-Napoca, Yangon and Berlin. I helped manage the TOA16 social media accounts, Twitter in particular; I helped the CRM manager answer support emails, handle ticket management on Eventbrite, and reply to live chat enquiries.
Highlights
  • I was in charge of live-tweeting for the entire 2 days of the TOA conference
  • During the festival, we managed to get our official hashtag #TOA16 trending in Germany on 2 consecutive days; our tweets got a total of 92.3K impressions

I initially started as a copywriter, collaborating with a team of art directors to create high quality, engaging copy for both online and offline. Eventually, I took the responsibility of managing the social media channels for clients such as Belmond Governor's Residence, FMI Air and Pun Hlaing Golf Estate, creating high quality, original content and engaging targeted audiences. I also created and developed the website content for the agency, and continue to collaborate with them.
