This is something that populists take advantage of readily by short-circuiting social media speediness and academic slowness: while Jordan Peterson is trending on Twitter, surely the countering academic articles are in the making, but these refutations of Petersons take on Foucault or Derrida simply come too slowly to have any useful effect.
