Library website crashes often and doesn't properly restart. #12

Internal Server Error, because the python server crashed. Also most things on the Varia server run as a systemd service but the library runs under supervisor.

Rather not have multiple service management systems on a single server unless there is a really good reason.

Should just make the library website be a systemd service too
