<br>- Woodstone Kugelblitz will use the space for their Voluntary Fire Brigade of the Apocalypse project (Niek is in contact with them) -> November 14th Meeting<br>- Printroom digital archive is in progress (Manetta, Silvio, Thomas are working on it) unclear, no news<br>- Hybrid Publishing group will rent the space (11 Dec) for 250 euros (Julie has been in contact with Florian)<br>- Autonomous Fabric (15th of Nov) (Manetta and Cristina will join the "brainstorm" meeting at the WdKA, join if you want)<br>- Music at Varia, organize by Niek (16th of Nov)<br>- Yoana's workshop (Saturday 23 Nov) - people from re-sister, non-binary electronic music. Collaboration with Mina (<a href="https://mina-vitamina.net/)" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://mina-vitamina.net/)</a>, Shailoh and others! Not open to the public, but open for the members of Varia. There is a fee for the electronics that will be used during the workshop, how much? about 5-ish euro. Julie asked for documentation. Me and Mina did not yet decide fully what we will build, but I will provide all the documentation. Plus everyone is welcome to join. I suspect this weekend we will finalize it and send it to you.<br>- Bond Precaire Woonvormen, huurdersspreekuur + meet & greet (Monday 25 Nov) (Lídia is a BPW member, Cristina will try to be here too)<br>- Maastunnel Workshop (Saturday 7 December) (Lídia & Cristina & ?) - Akina will provide with documentation for our archive :-) nice! let's make an announcement on our website?<br>- Feminist Finance Zine (Silvio, Lídia) - is there a date? one of these: Friday 14,21,28 February. They will rent the space for €250 on one of these days.<br>- wordpress theme for Institute of the Networked Image (Joana picked it up) - Joana met Geoff Cox online and said hi today and it is happening! This project is out of the loop of the 15%, as it came in directly via Julie.<br>- website making request for Platform Scenography, who picked it up? (Silvio? maybe luke, maybe Joana ....) deadline is middle of December, wordpress theme, budget is €2000. Let it know before Friday!<br>- Radio mama is happening (Niek, Yoana, Thomas, Angeliki, Mths), question from Mama to do something on the 6th of December. There will be a 6 hour broadcast in the evening, with Thomas as announcer. Which is all to be discussed and is not confirmed. Budget also not confirmed. But they loved our proposal. There is also a question about the 15%, does this apply to this project? And does this also apply to non-varia members?5§<br>- Julie is going to ADEF's camp (Egypt) - Julie is going for 10 days, from 1st to the 10th of December. It is not fullly clear of what is going to happen (education/tech/society worksessions in different track. There is an interest in archiving their project and events, eg a wiki. Julie will keep us up to date from Egypt. They cover travels, tickets, food, stay, visa. nice! :)<br>- Application for Charlois Kapitaal is under consideration - possible funding of 3500 euros (Cristina, Joana, Julie, Lídia and Luke)<br>- Manetta and Joana are accepted for a Sandberg Fellowship on the topic of licenses, will start in November and run to April 2019 -- we will share our application over the mailinglist! The 15% applies, we need to calculate this.<br>- waag Ongoing projects and experiments with bots, artistic research on bots.<br>There is an interest to write an application with Varia.<br>

There will be a ferry (until 23:30).<br>- GREAT NEWS THE MAASTUNNEL OPENS AGAIN!
